SHIPPING

Orders are fulfilled every 3 business days. Please allow 1 week for shipping. Una Sol Linen will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for payment verification. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show updates. Una Sol Linen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. If you wish to expedite your shipping method or have questions regarding your order please contact us at hello@unasollinen.com. 

 

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If something isn’t quite right, you may return your order for a refund or online store credit subject to the following conditions:
  • Your original order number must be be provided as proof of purchase.
  • Returns are post marked within 14 days of receiving.
  • Items are returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.

All items offered at a reduced price are final sale and we are unable to accept returns for these items.

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order and your order number must be included in the package for the return to be accepted and processed.

Please email hello@unasollinen.com to arrange your return. We will provide you with the shipping address to which the items need to be returned.

Once your return has been received, we will refund you by the original payment method or provide an online store credit, less the original cost of shipping. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to credit your account. Thank you!
